About Luciano De Martiis
Fifteen years ago, I relocated to the Costa del Sol with my family in search of a better quality of life. Since then, I have built extensive experience within the local real estate market, working intermittently with various agencies across the province of Málaga.
My career began in London, where I managed more than 15 properties comprising around 60 rental units. This experience gave me a strong foundation in property management, client relations, and day-to-day operational coordination.
After moving to Spain, I expanded my expertise into property sales, collaborating with several established agencies and gaining valuable insight into the local market. Over time, I developed my own network of clients and contacts, eventually establishing myself as an independent real estate professional.
