Earn 10% of every subscription you bring

We list property for agencies across Europe. Introduce an agency that takes a paid package and you earn a tenth of what they pay, for as long as they keep paying. Every renewal counts, not only the first year.

What you get

A tenth of the subscription, for as long as it runs

No tiers, no caps and nothing to negotiate. The same rate applies to every agency you bring, on the first payment and on every renewal after it.

  • 10% of every paid subscription

Calculated on the amount excluding VAT, so the commission is exactly a tenth of what the agency pays us.

  • Every renewal counts

An agency that registers through your link stays linked to you, also when it renews a year later and nobody clicks again.

  • Your own link and figures

Clicks, the agencies you brought, each commission and its status: all of it in your account, updated as it happens.

  • Paid every month

By PayPal or by SEPA bank transfer, whichever you choose in your account.

  • An invoice with every payment

We issue it on your behalf, with your VAT number and the correct VAT treatment, and it sits in your account next to the payment.

How it works

From a free account to your first commission

Five steps, and only the first two are yours to do.

  1. Open your partner page

Create a free account and open Partner program in your dashboard. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to pay.

  2. Copy your personal link

It sits at the top of that page, with a copy button beside it.

  3. Share it with the agencies you work with

In a mail, on your site, in a proposal. The first click counts.

  4. We record the commission

When an agency registers or buys through your link, the commission is recorded automatically against your account.

  5. We pay it out

Once their payment clears, the commission is approved and paid in the next monthly run.

The rules, in plain terms

What counts, and what does not

  • Commission is 10% of the net amount, so excluding VAT.

  • It is approved when the agency's payment clears, not when the order is placed.

  • Every renewal earns the same 10%.

  • Introductions you make by mail: tell us the agency before it signs up, and we link the account to you first.

  • When the whole payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed. Commission already paid is deducted from the next run.

  • Your own subscription does not earn commission.

What we pay, and when

Once a month, the way you choose

Choose your method in your account, add your company details and your VAT number, and every payment arrives with its invoice and PDF beside it.

PayPal

Paid to the PayPal address you save in your account. No bank details needed.

SEPA transfer

Straight into your business account in euros, with the payment reference on the invoice.

One thing to arrange before the first payout

A business in another EU country needs a valid VAT number before we can pay, because the invoice has to carry the reverse charge correctly. We check the number when you save it.

Questions

The things partners ask first

Do I need a website or an audience?

No. Agencies, property managers and anyone who talks to agencies about their listings can join. What counts is that the agency arrives through your link.

Is there a minimum?

No amount to work up to. Approved commission goes into the next monthly run, and a run only needs €1 in total before it goes out.

Can I see what a referred agency pays?

You see your commission per payment, which is 10% of the net amount. We do not share the customer's commercial details.

When is my commission approved?

When the agency's payment clears. An order that is placed but not paid does not count yet, and a pending payment shows up in your account as awaiting approval.

What happens if the agency gets a refund?

When the whole payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed. If it was already paid out, the amount comes off your next run. A partial refund leaves it in place.
