Eva Martinello

I’m Eva Martinello, founder of Eva Immobiliare, an independent real estate agency based in Livorno, on the Tuscan coast.

I specialise in residential sales and rentals in Livorno and the surrounding area, from city apartments to coastal homes and distinctive historic residences.

My approach combines local knowledge, thoughtful property presentation and a personal commitment to every client. For international buyers, I provide a dedicated local point of contact, helping them explore the area and find a property that reflects their needs and lifestyle.

Clear communication, attention to detail and personal service are at the heart of how I work.
