The villa is located in the sunniest and most panoramic area of Cavo, Elba Island, Italy. The distance from the sea and the village is 600 meters, a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Cavo offers all the necessary amenities, including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, and supermarket. There’s a beautiful waterfront with several equipped restrooms and a marina. Cavo is connected to the mainland by ferry and hydrofoil.
