About the project

The main project for obtaining a building permit was prepared for the land, for the construction of two residential buildings marked P+2 (ground floor + 2 floors) – Building A and Building B, floor plan areas of the buildings 171.96 m² and 184.08 m².

It is a modern architecture of clean lines, with large glass surfaces, stone coverings on the facade and cantilevered terraces that look towards the sea – visible in the attached 3D visualizations of the project.

Apartments

Each floor of both buildings is designed as one spacious, luxurious apartment – a total of 6 apartments (3 in each building), with identical layout logic:
