Inside, you’ll find pre-installed ducted air conditioning, a standard kitchen, a security door, and German tilt-and-turn windows (with sliding options available if preferred). A built-in fireplace and chimney are included, along with pre-installation for TV and internet. A gravel driveway extends around the house, and a septic tank is provided.
