Apartments With Views Just Steps To The Beach In Sardinia

Panoramic Balconies and Terraces

The apartments also feature panoramic balconies and terraces, overlooking the mountains of the Nuoro Supramonte.

As a result, these outdoor spaces offer the opportunity to enjoy the landscape of Cala Gonone throughout the day. At the same time, they represent an added value for those considering the property as a rental investment.

It is also possible to purchase a portion of the rooftop terrace. This space can be used as a panoramic sun terrace, with views extending over the sea and mountains.

A Fully Refurbished Building

Palazzina Amerigo is housed in a building with a stone structure dating back to the 1960s.

The building has since been completely refurbished. In particular, the renovation covered the architectural, building-services, energy-efficiency and acoustic aspects.

Furthermore, high-quality materials and technical solutions were used throughout the project, ensuring a high standard of quality.

The building extends over four floors above ground and is equipped with a lift.

The ground floor includes several commercial premises, while the upper floors are dedicated to the residential units.

An Ideal Property for Living or Investing

Thanks to their characteristics and location, the apartments are suitable for different purposes.

They can be used as:

• a holiday home in Sardinia;
• a property for private stays;
• an apartment close to the beach;
• a property investment in Cala Gonone;
• a property for holiday rentals.

In particular, the combination of a central location, proximity to the sea and a completely refurbished building makes these properties particularly attractive.

The views of the Supramonte and the panoramic outdoor spaces further enhance their appeal.

Cala Gonone and the Gulf of Orosei

Cala Gonone is a hamlet of Dorgali, in the province of Nuoro. It is located along one of the most spectacular stretches of Sardinia’s eastern coast.
