In a quiet place at a distance of only two kilometers from the sea, a beautiful designer villa is for sale, which extends over two floors with a total area of about 344 m² gross, with a view of the sea. The architect who is a lover of the sea, ships and nautical is responsible for the design of this beauty, so the project has details of that theme, making it special and unique.
On the ground floor, the architect designed a very spacious kitchen with a dining room and pantry, a living room and two comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own toilet, and between them, there is a shower cabin that they share. The ground floor also contains an additional storage room and a guest toilet. The living room is adorned with a tall fireplace from the famous Piazzetta company, which is used to heat the villa via remote control.
A high-quality staircase leads us to an open gallery with a hallway that extends through all wall surfaces, thus giving the living room a feeling of atrium and luxury.
The ground floor also contains an additional apartment with a separate entrance consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and its own storage room. Both of the aforementioned kitchens have gas installed, so that they can be used carefree and safely when preparing your most delicious delicacies.
The first floor with the aforementioned gallery also contains two complexes with the potential to be converted into two separate apartments. Each of these two apartments has a room that is currently used as a room, but contains kitchen installations and gas installations, so that the future owner can convert these rooms into kitchens with dining rooms and thus obtain separate units.
In the continuation of both complexes, there is one bedroom, bathroom, storage room and balcony.
The courtyard of this designer villa extends over a land area of 777 m² and its main attraction is the heated swimming pool of 40 m², which is ideal for year-round use, which would mean that the villa can be rented all year round and greatly accelerate the return on investment.
Next to the pool, there is a detached building of 56 m², which houses a beautiful newly renovated wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, hydromassage shower, toilet and laundry room. The summer kitchen with a fireplace is ideal for outdoor gatherings, with delicious grilled snacks.
For your tin pets, 4 parking spaces are provided, one of which is covered. The fairer sex will be able to enjoy the care of beautiful flowers planted within the villa. The villa has two automated entrance gates controlled by remote control. The yard, fence and entrance gate have lighting that automatically turns on when it gets dark and turns off when it gets light.
The villa has installed solar panels that are used to heat the pool. It also has its own solar power plant that produces electricity for personal use. Each room has its own air conditioning (11 pieces), and the bathrooms are heated by electric radiators. The villa has 4 awnings, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, which have protection against the wind and close themselves in case of strong wind.
The price refers to a fully furnished and equipped house, and the decoration will continue according to the wishes of the future buyer.
The house offers complete privacy! We highlight it as a unique investment property for those who want to rent, but we do not exclude a quiet family home.
