The living space of the villa extends over three floors, i.e. the ground floor, and the first and second floors.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a covered entrance, which leads us into the entrance hall of the villa with a designated space for a wardrobe, which also divides the ground floor space into a living and sleeping area.
The living area of the ground floor is designed according to the “open space” system without partition walls, where you have the opportunity to spend your time in a comfortable living room, a spacious dining room and a large kitchen. What certainly adorns this space is the provided modern fireplace, ideal for the colder months of the year, which creates a special atmosphere in the villa.
Equally, the special feature of this space are the large sliding glass walls that almost connect the exterior of the villa with the interior, and there is also a covered terrace that extends the entire length of the living area of the villa, and from which there is access to the pool and garden. However, next to the kitchen there is an additional covered terrace that is strategically placed for barbecues and al fresco dining.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where there are two spacious and sunny bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and access to a shared covered terrace. This terrace is almost the same size as the terrace on the ground floor, with an incredible view of the sea and Cape Kamenjak. One of the bedrooms on this floor is defined as the master bedroom, and it also has a larger bathroom in which a sauna is planned.
With the same internal staircase, we access the second, or top, floor of the villa, where there is a larger “open space” area planned as a space for relaxation, reading and entertainment, and which can also be used as an office space, gym, playroom and the like. This space is decorated with sloping ceilings that create a special atmosphere, and there is also an additional bathroom hidden there.
What we must definitely highlight on this floor is the covered terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and Cape Kamenjak, perfect for entertainment and relaxation or installing a Jacuzzi.
