3-bedroom Villa In Poljane, Croatia (238 M²)

The sea has always been the main resource of Ičići, ever since the Liburnians built fast ships on the shores of this place in the nine centuries before Christ, with which they sailed to North Africa and Asia Minor. It is therefore not surprising that this connection with the sea has been maintained until today, because the two main assets of Ičić are an attractive large beach and one of the best marinas on the Adriatic.

The beach in Ičići has been carrying the blue flag for more than a decade – a symbol of the quality of the offer and the cleanliness of the sea, and it is included among the five most well-kept beaches in Croatia. The marina, which Učka provides protection from storms, has 283 berths in the sea with electricity and water connections and is the best harbor for anchoring yachts up to 40 meters in length in the northern Adriatic.

In addition to enjoying the beach and the sea, Ičići offers its visitors the opportunity for an active holiday with a series of sports activities such as speedminton, handball on the sand, aerobics on the beach, tennis, paintball and mini-football in the neighboring camp, as well as hiking towards Učka on marked footpaths that they start in the very center of the town and end at the top of the biggest Kvarner mountain.
