Finding a new apartment with three bedrooms, sea view and a quiet location in Vodice is not a common opportunity on the market. While a large part of the offer along the coast consists of smaller apartments intended primarily for occasional stays, this apartment offers the space and layout necessary for quality family life, a longer stay during the year or a comfortable summer residence.
A modern residential building with a total of 9 residential units is being built in a quiet micro-location in Vodice. The project is located in a residential part of the town, sufficiently separated from the intense seasonal traffic and summer crowds, and at the same time practically connected to the school, shops, center and beach.
The slightly elevated position of the building allows apartments on the higher floors to have a view of the sea, which further emphasizes the quality of this location.
Apartment S4 is located on the first floor of the building and has an internal living area of 76.28 m² and a total net calculation area of 88.35 m². Its three-bedroom layout makes it a particularly attractive option for families or buyers who need extra space for guests, children or a study.
The living area of the apartment is organized as an open space connecting the kitchen, dining room and living room, which opens onto a covered terrace. The apartment’s location on the first floor provides a view of the sea, while the covered terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space for dining, morning coffee or relaxing during the warmer months.
The seller is a legal entity, and the sale is subject to VAT, which means that the buyer does not pay real estate tax.
