ISTRIA, SAVUDRIJA – Apartment on the 2nd floor near the sea

Entering Istria from the northwest, the first place you will come across is Savudrija, located on the very edge of the peninsula of the same name. The small fishing village rich in history was first mentioned in the 12th century, and archaeological finds from the surrounding area show that this area has been inhabited since the Stone Age.

The indented, mostly rocky coast, interspersed with small pebble beaches and surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, attracts a large number of tourists who are happy to return. The apartment occupies the entire floor of the residential building and has a separate entrance, which further emphasizes the feeling of privacy and comfort.

The total area of the apartment is 79 m², of which 62.50 m² is for the interior living space, while 22 m² is made up of a spacious, covered loggia. The apartment offers an open view of the sea, which further contributes to the atmosphere of an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle.
