From the DUX offer we highlight the penthouse S7, one of the highest penthouses in Primošten and the most representative apartment in a high-quality new building. It is located on the entire top floor of a small building with only 7 apartments, which gives it a high level of privacy, comfort and exclusivity.
This is one of the highest penthouses in Primošten, with three bedrooms, a large open-plan living area, a terrace of 42.72 m², a jacuzzi included in the price, a garage in the basement of the building and a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, Primošten, the archipelago and the surrounding nature.
The planned completion of the works is expected in the spring of 2027, and the seller is a company in the VAT system, so the buyer is exempt from paying real estate tax.
Penthouse S7 has an internal living area of 99.18 m² and a total net calculation area of 123.70 m². It is designed as a comfortable apartment with a clear separation of the private and living areas, with an emphasis on the view, natural light and the connection of the interior with a large terrace.
The central part of the apartment is made up of a large open-plan living area of 44.47 m², which combines a kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining room and a living room. The living area leads to a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi, which offers one of the most beautiful views in the building.
The master bedroom of 17 m² has its own en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are located in a separate part of the apartment, with a shared bathroom, which further contributes to functionality and privacy.
The garage in the basement of the building of 27.67 m², with enough space for storage, provides additional value.
