The view of the sea is one of the values of real estate that cannot be created afterwards, and apartment S9 stands out for that. Located on the top floor of a new building, it offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea from the living area and from the covered terrace.
Combined with the quiet location and additional privacy of the top floor, this apartment provides a special feeling of being on the coast and is one of the most attractive units in the project.
A modern residential building with a total of 9 residential units is being built on a quiet microlocation in Vodice. The project is located in a residential part of the town, sufficiently separated from the intense seasonal traffic and summer crowds, and at the same time practically connected to the school, shops, the center and the beach.
The slightly elevated position of the building comes to the fore especially on the top floor, where a wide and unobstructed view of the sea opens up.
Apartment S9 is located on the second and last floor of the building and has an internal living area of 66.03 m² and a total net calculation area of 77.80 m². Its main value is represented by its position on the last floor and a covered terrace with a panoramic sea view, which makes this unit stand out as a particularly interesting option within the project.
The internal layout is organized functionally and adapted to a pleasant everyday stay. The open living space connects the kitchen, dining room and living room, from which there is an exit to the covered terrace. It is this transition between the interior and the terrace that allows the sea view to become an integral part of everyday life – from morning coffee and dining to evening relaxation in a peaceful environment.
Two spacious bedrooms provide enough space for a family, guests or a longer stay throughout the year, while the storage room on the ground floor of the building and the associated parking space further increase the practicality of using the property.
The seller is a legal entity, and the purchase and sale is subject to VAT, which is why the buyer does not pay real estate transfer tax.
