A newly built apartment with almost 134 m² of private garden, in a quiet location in Vodice, is a property that is rarely found on the market. While most apartments only offer a terrace or a small outdoor space, this apartment offers a level of privacy, freedom and everyday comfort closer to home than a classic apartment.
Located outside the intense seasonal traffic and summer crowds, it is an excellent choice for buyers who want a quiet family home or a quality summer residence near the sea and all important amenities.
A modern residential building with a total of 9 residential units is being built in a quiet micro-location in Vodice. The project is located in a residential part of the town, secluded enough for a quiet everyday life, and at the same time practically connected to the school, shops, center and beach.
The slightly elevated position of the building further contributes to a more open feeling of space and allows apartments on higher floors to have a view of the sea.
Apartment S1 is located on the ground floor of the building and has an internal living area of 67.73 m² and a total net calculation area of 88.70 m². Its greatest special feature is the private garden of 133.87 m², which gives this apartment the character of a property intended for real living, relaxation and enjoyment in the open air.
The interior layout is designed functionally and adapted to everyday life. The open living area connects the kitchen, dining room and living room, from which there is access to a covered terrace and further towards the garden. Two spacious bedrooms provide enough space for a family, guests or the organization of an additional study room, while modern equipment allows for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The seller is a legal entity, and the purchase and sale is subject to VAT, which is why the buyer does not pay real estate tax.
