ŠIBENIK, VODICE – Ground floor apartment with 121 m² garden, 2 parking spaces, new building
121 m² garden + 47 m² terrace – outdoor space that in practice becomes the main part of the apartment – this is exactly the concept offered by this apartment in Vodice.
The apartment is located in a project consisting of two smaller buildings with a total of 6 apartments, distributed over the ground floor and two floors, which means only 3 neighbors per building. Such an arrangement brings more privacy and a quieter everyday life, without the hustle and bustle typical of larger buildings. Ground floor apartments stand out with large outdoor spaces, while the upper floors get spacious terraces.
It is precisely such smaller projects in Vodice that are increasingly in demand because buyers are increasingly choosing a controlled number of apartments and the feeling of “their own house” instead of a classic building.
