All our houses include a 2m stamped concrete terrace around the pool (color and pattern to choose), 1m around the house, a gated entrance, 3000m2 fencing, pre-installed ducted air conditioning, a standard kitchen, a security door, and German tilt and turn windows (or sliding if preferred). Additional features include a built-in fireplace and chimney, pre-installation for TV and internet, a gravel driveway, and a septic tank.
Bathrooms are equipped with a shower column, shower tray or bath, sink units (various colors to choose from), sinks, taps, mirrors, and a wide selection of wall tiles. There is also a diverse choice of ceramic floor tiles, including different colors and wood effect options.
The kitchens consist of cabinets with standard doors and handles as per provided plans, a stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for an oven, dishwasher, and extractor, and a selection of granite worktops, which are part of the budget. Other types of stone worktops are available at an extra cost. White goods are not included.
A marble staircase (cream or grey) and railings are included, along with railings for the front porch.
There is a large fixed glass window on the staircase to provide extra light.
You can choose the design for pool tiles and steps, as well as the type of granite for the house’s exterior steps and windowsills.
With 10cm insulation all around, we guarantee at least an Energy Certificate B rating, and usually an A, depending on house size and design. A large selection of tiles, kitchens, and bathrooms are included in your budget.
We have various legal building plots available. Some are within walking distance to town, while others are completely private; the most popular options are within a 5-10 minute drive to a town. Each plot has stunning views and comes with mains water and electricity included in the price, along with high-speed internet available.
All paperwork is included, such as the building license and habitation license, plus a 10-year build guarantee. You will receive weekly reports and drone photos.
Keys can be handed over 7-8 months from the first payment.
The properties shown here can be customized to each client’s preferences. The model in the pictures features an additional 30sqm guest house, with the option to add a BBQ & Summer Kitchen later.
The standard villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large lounge with fireplace, a kitchen with utility area, and a large covered porch, as well as terraces off two bedrooms that provide views over vineyards or orchards. It comes pre-installed for ducted cooling and heating with AC in all rooms.
Villa designs incorporate traditional Spanish elements while maintaining a modern, clean aesthetic.
The minimum plot size for building is 10,000sqm. Plots available come with mains water, electricity, and high-speed internet in areas like Pinoso.
Our new build villas have options for self-sufficient living, which already include mains electricity and water:

You can upgrade to a 10m x 5m pool for €6,000. A single or double garage is also available, and guest houses can be customized.
Reserving a plot requires only €10,000. Stage payments are available with a 30% initial down payment (not including land value), with the option to secure the plot at this stage. Further payments can be tailored to your needs, typically comprising two more 30% payments and a final 10% payment upon completion.
The first stage payment covers the full architect’s project, 3D plans, building licenses, fencing, foundations, and the completed concrete structure.
Building options are also available in Albatera, Hondon de las Nieves, Hondon Frailes, Aspe, and surrounding towns including Monovar, La Romana, Canada Del Trigo, Sax, Salinas, Dolores, and Catral, depending on plot pricing.
Using advanced building techniques, we guarantee a B Energy Certificate rating, which helps reduce your tax bill and save on cooling and heating costs.
