Property Features and Requirements

Inside, the property is furnished and equipped with air conditioning in the principal bedroom located on the first floor. An ADSL connection is also provided. While the kitchen is fully equipped, tenants will be responsible for bringing their own bed linen and towels. The monthly costs that the tenant will be responsible for include ADSL, electricity, and water bills. To secure the rental contract, a deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required.
