Project Completion and Timelines

Upon the full completion of the project, clients will receive the final construction report along with water and electricity certifications. The timeline for construction completion, following the obtaining of the building permit, is dependent on the property’s size and any associated annexes. For the insulated slab, the estimated time is 12 to 14 months from the license acquisition plus any annexes. The structure itself is projected to take 14 to 16 months from the license acquisition plus any annexes. The construction will be managed as a self-development project.
