In the heart of Ronco sopra Ascona, the sunniest village in the Canton of Ticino, I am developing a non-conventional project that brings together living spaces, creative work environments, and an alternative way of life, all set within a truly inspiring context. Although located in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, the project benefits from excellent accessibility: it is situated directly in the village centre, with the bus stop right in front of the property and fast connections to Ascona and Locarno in approximately 20 minutes. All essential daily services are within walking distance — post office, restaurants, and the local village shop — while the location itself offers something far rarer: one of the most beautiful and stimulating settings in Switzerland, ideal for people who come not only to work, but to think, design, and create. At this stage, all ideas and project concepts are welcome. The aim is to give life to something truly extraordinary, unique, and habitable in the shortest possible timeframe, in order to fully enjoy and enhance this authentic “jewel property” already within the course of this year.
