Originally built in 1803 as an authentic finca, Can Terra has seen every shift in Ibiza’s spirit, from the quiet days of the countryside to the vibrant freedom of the ‘60s and ‘70s, marked by the golden age of the hippies.

By the time it was rediscovered, Can Terra was in a state of disrepair. Abandoned and overgrown, it had become a shadow of its former self. The walls were crumbling, the roof was collapsing, and nature had begun to reclaim its territory. With no water or electricity, only the remnants of its past remained.

Despite its condition, Can Terra retained a unique essence. There was a sense of history embedded in the stones, which prompted the decision to give it another chance at life. After a complete restoration between 2024 and 2025, the property now stands as a testament to renewal.

The layout includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spread across the main house and two guest casitas, providing a convenient arrangement for guests. The landscaped garden is filled with mature fruit and olive trees, surrounding a 48 m² swimming pool equipped with a sun deck, offering a classic Mediterranean environment.

Comfort & Amenities

This property is equipped with modern amenities to ensure comfort. Features include underfloor heating in living areas and bathrooms, as well as air conditioning throughout. An outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, including a plancha and a shaded dining area for outdoor meals.
