It is also possible to divide the plot into three building plots of about 650 m². On each of them, a type C building can then be built, which gives a total of up to 18 apartments and about 1,560 m² of GBP.
Another way is to divide it into several smaller plots for detached villas or semi-detached houses of type A. Each new plot must have access from a public traffic area.
The building must be at least 5 m from the regulatory direction and at least 3 m from the neighboring boundaries. One parking space is required for each apartment or apartment on the plot.
