The house needs renovation, but the basics are there. You can live in it and renovate step by step.

You enter the house through the covered terrace. You then enter the kitchen, and on the right you have the living room, and on the left you have the pantry and the bathroom. From the living room, you enter a small hallway and then the bedrooms. Immediately adjacent to the house is a cellar, the summer kitchen, and a garage.
