The price covers everything from construction to project fees, including guidance from our senior architect and technical architect. We also secure the building license from the town hall and conduct necessary geotechnical studies and concrete tests.

Curious about where you can build this villa? Options include Macisvenda, Cañada del Trigo, or other nearby areas that interest you. The best part? We can assist in finding the right plot. We already have plots in the area that come equipped with water and electricity connections. If you prefer a rustic feel, we have options to build off-grid for a unique experience.

There’s more to offer! The villa includes a swimming pool measuring 8×4 meters, featuring a 2-meter concrete terrace—ideal for sunny days. Need additional space? A guest “casita,” garage, or barbecue area can be quoted separately, so feel free to ask for a no-obligation quote!
