All our houses include a 2m stamped concrete terrace around the pool (colour and pattern to choose), 1m around the house, gated entrance, 3000m2 fencing, pre-installed ducted air conditioning, standard kitchen, security door, German tilt and turn windows (or sliding if preferred), built-in fireplace and chimney, pre-installation for TV and internet, gravel driveway plus a few meters around the house, septic tank.
Bathrooms include a shower column, shower tray or bath, sink units (various colours to choose from) with sinks, taps and mirrors, plus a big selection of wall tiles and a wide selection of ceramic floor tiles, with different colours, wood effect, etc.
The kitchens include cabinets with standard doors and handles, as per plans provided, stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for oven, dishwasher, extractor, and various granite worktops to choose from which are included in the budget. White goods not included.

About Pinoso:
Pinoso (El Pinós) is one of Spain’s rich towns, with a marble mine, thriving footwear industry, salt deposits, and a booming wine and agriculture industry. The town is located in the mountainous countryside of the Alicante wine region, 45-50 minutes drive to Alicante airport, city, and beaches, and close to the border of Murcia.
Pinoso has all the amenities you need: Supermarkets such as Consum, Dia, Mas y Mas and Hiperber; a wide range of restaurants including Irish and Indian; and over 50 bars; a 24-hour medical center, English-speaking dentists, a veterinary service, a weekly market on Saturday, and an indoor market open six days a week. Pinoso has three primary schools, a high school, and a music school. A new cultural center houses a library and Spanish classes open to foreigners.
Throughout the year, Pinoso hosts traditional Spanish Fiestas with parades and musical performances renowned around the country, bonfires that create a magical atmosphere, and events where people fill the streets. An annual running of the bulls (the bulls are not harmed) draws crowds from the region to watch participants join the bulls in a special arena.
The cities of Elda and Petrer are a 20-minute drive away, which feature a large hospital with English-speaking doctors, a wide array of bars and restaurants, an indoor shopping center, a large international gym, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, cinema with English movies shown weekly, bowling and fast food outlets.
