Downstairs is a large open dining room/garage for large family events, and a walk-in fridge room used for storage of flowers (the family business). There is a large swimming pool with a covered terrace, an outside kitchen and dining room, with an office and pantry. Also a small football court and another building used for storage and animal pen. On the plot is also a large reservoir, which can be used for watering the plants. There is mains electricity and water. Located 5 minutes drive away from the towns of Crevillente and Albatera.
