It has a large vehicle access door on one side and a high ceiling, measuring 6m x 9m inside. An internal door leads to another room where there is a WC and a large open fireplace; a pedestrian door here also leads outside.
Parking is plentiful, with space for many cars. There is a well, plus there is a plot of land with a gate leading up into the hills and national park behind, making it great for hill walking or climbing.
A small pathway also leads to the house.
Water is on mains supply from a reservoir, and there is a large deposit tank under the driveway for storage. Electricity is supplied by Iberdrola and is shared among the ten houses here, ensuring adequate supply if needed.
