8-bedroom Finca In Siles, Spain (600 M²)

Upstairs there are 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet in all six; bathtub in two, and window in three) There is also a room for a sauna, storage rooms and two large terraces. There is another stone building on the property that could be renovated, as well as a hunting pavilion.

It has 18 fireplaces (firewood is free as the farm is also a forestry operation)

The site is 900 meters above sea level and enjoys a temperate climate all year round with pleasant summer temperatures and slightly cooler winters. The house is well insulated with double-skin exterior walls and double-glazed windows.

However, the spring that supplies the house and the meadows and orchards with water flows a lot, about 350,000 liters per day.

A new high-voltage transformer with an output of 50 Kwa is available for the electricity. The property can be reached from the nearest village via a 9 km long, well-maintained forest path. The finca is suitable as a small country or hunting hotel, but can also be used for breeding crayfish and fish due to its abundance of water. Horse riding is also possible, as well as keeping other animals.

To protect the privacy of the seller, the map only shows the approximate location of the property. We will be happy to send you a more detailed description and further photos on request!
