The Project: The hotel was built in the 1980s and was owned by the famous Spanish businessman José Luis Moreno. The purpose of the Villa Bonemi Boutique Hotel & Restaurant project is to provide the best accommodation service for national and foreign tourists seeking total client satisfaction as a result of efficient work, with exclusive and cordial service, offering a wide, modern, and novel place of excellent quality.

The Renovation: The restoration project would consist of combining the modern with the traditional. The renovation and opening will be divided into two parts for feasibility and investment reasons. The first part will consist of 21 rooms: 12 superior rooms, one of which will be adapted for guests with reduced mobility, 7 double suites with private terraces, and 2 Deluxe rooms. Additionally, it will include a reception area with a lounge, bar, terrace, restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a large outdoor swimming pool, and parking for all guests. The second part, to be renovated in the future, will include 8 more rooms, a meeting room for 40 people, a gym, an indoor pool, and a restaurant service complementary to that of the accommodation, which will also be accessible to clients not staying at the hotel. The restaurant will have two dining rooms and an open terrace with a capacity for 70 people and the possibility of expansion for banquets or events of up to 200 people.

Simple & Elegant Design: The estate is built in the Mediterranean style with traditional Spanish architectural elements and local materials. The restoration project will consist of combining the modern with the traditional. Most of the materials used will be from the region, including tiles, marbles, furniture, and decorative elements. The exterior will be whitewashed using the “tirolesa” technique, with dark gray elements on the facades’ cornices that are repeated in the doors and windows.
