Welcome to Fluffy’s Kingdom

Hello humans, I’m Fluffy, the cat living in this unique home. Today, I’d like to give you a glimpse into my abode, which once was an old barn and has now transformed into a welcoming living space!

The Ground Floor: A Dream for Cats

Let’s start with the ground floor, which features two flats. The first one measures an impressive 252 m². I enjoy scampering around the high ceilings adorned with open wooden beams, reaching 4.40 meters. The large windows allow sunlight to pour in, illuminating the Mallorcan travertine tiles. The kitchen has a Mediterranean style where delectable aromas linger, and then there’s the bathroom, where I tend to hide from the running water.

The second flat is smaller, at 92 m², but it still offers an enjoyable living experience. The open and bright rooms provide a lovely view of the fields from the wide windowsills. Additionally, there’s a guest room with 24 m² that includes its own shower and kitchenette, making it perfect for visitors stopping by to admire me!

The Upper Floor: Workspace with a View

Now, let’s move on to the upper floor! Here, you’ll find another flat, which is 183 m² in size. There’s also a spacious office, measuring 248 m². I tend to roam around while searching for the best napping spots in these bright rooms. The expansive windows provide a wonderful view of the fields surrounding the property.

The upper Mediterranean kitchen is also a feature of this floor, where delightful cooking smells fill the air. The bathrooms are well-equipped with tiles, showers, and a bath for relaxation after exploring outdoors.

Outdoor Exploration: An Adventurer’s Playground
