A private pool, four bedrooms, and a self-contained lower floor for guests: this modern villa in Ciudad Quesada is made for life under the Spanish sun. Built in 2023, it offers around 120 m² of living space across three floors, with a bright, contemporary interior and a layout that works effortlessly for the whole family.
The heart of the home is an open living room and kitchen, where large windows flood the space with natural light and lead straight out to the terrace. Outside, you have your own pool and outdoor area, without the burden of a large garden that demands constant upkeep. While one person cools off in the water, another can set out tapas on the table; after all, in Spain, life is best lived outdoors.
What really sets this villa apart is the lower floor: a near-independent living area with its own bedroom, bathroom, and lounge. It’s perfect for visiting friends or family who want their own space, or equally suited as a home office, a floor for older children, or a combination of both. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms sit on the ground and first floors, and from the balcony you can look out towards the mountains.
Practical details have been thoughtfully covered, too. On the private plot, you can park your car, and the villa comes with air conditioning, solar panels, and a storage room, based on the available information. Then there is the outdoor living space. Set on a plot of approximately 204 m², you will find a private pool and a terrace designed for al fresco dining and relaxation. The outdoor area faces southeast, so you can soak up the pleasant morning sun.
Enjoy your first coffee outside, take a refreshing swim, and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. It is not an oversized plot, but rather a manageable outdoor space that is easy to make the most of, which we see as a real plus, especially for those using the property as a second home. The location places the villa in Pueblo Bravo, a quiet residential area within Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca South.
Here, you live among an international community, with everyday amenities within easy reach and the beaches of Guardamar del Segura just a short drive away. What appeals to us about this spot? You do not need the car for every errand. The Consum supermarket is around 500 metres away, so picking up fresh bread for breakfast or barbecue supplies is a pleasant walk.
Several restaurants are close by too, while the centre of Ciudad Quesada offers more shops, terraces, and dining choices. For a day by the sea, you can reach the beaches of Guardamar del Segura in about ten minutes by car, where long sandy shores, dunes, and charming beach bars await, ideal for a morning stroll along the water, a leisurely lunch, or simply an afternoon with your feet in the sand. Golf enthusiasts will also find this an excellent base.
The lower ground floor offers an almost self-contained living area with a bedroom, bathroom, and its own living space, perfect for guests, older children, or a home office with guest accommodation. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a bright living room and open kitchen. From here, you step directly onto the terrace and to the private pool. This floor also has a bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs, the landing gives access to two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the balcony offers views towards the mountains. The plot is approximately 204 m² and includes a private pool, terrace, and parking on the private grounds. The outdoor space faces southeast. This modern villa, built in 2023, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The almost self-contained living area is ideal for family, friends, or working from home.
With a low-maintenance outdoor space and parking on the plot, daily amenities are within walking distance, and the beaches of Guardamar are about ten minutes’ drive away. La Marquesa Golf is in Ciudad Quesada, with several other golf courses nearby. You are not in the middle of a bustling seaside resort, yet everything is close, a quiet breakfast by your own pool, then off to the beach, and a nice dinner out at the end of the day.
The Spanish life, entirely your way.
