Step inside and discover a home full of possibilities. Originally a modest, traditional property, it was completely transformed in 2001 into a spacious family residence. Its versatile layout means the options for a new owner are endless – perhaps a small luxury B&B? The potential is certainly there.
To help you see what this home can become, our interior designer has staged most of the rooms, the patio, and the terraces. In this listing, you’ll find two sets of images:
Real-time photos showing the house as it is today.
Professionally staged photos that reveal its full potential with updated styling and furnishings.
This home is solidly built and in excellent structural condition. One of its standout features is the beautiful wood-beamed ceilings throughout the ground floor. And then there’s the showstopper: the spectacular top-floor living space. Imagine a huge open-plan room with a double-height vaulted ceiling, beams of natural wood, and light streaming in from multiple windows on both sides.
The current owner had big plans for this space but never developed them, leaving it open and ready for your inspiration.
On the ground floor, you enter through a double antique doorway into a small vestibule that opens into a larger hallway. Off this hall are two generous double bedrooms with those stunning wood-beamed ceilings. The hallway flows into a spacious area that could serve as a study or extra seating zone, with direct access to the inner patio. Further along this L-shaped space, you’ll find a traditional open fireplace and a cozy sitting area.
Following the patio line, there’s a large kitchen/diner reminiscent of a classic Andalusian farmhouse kitchen – full of charm and ready for upgrades. From here, a small hallway leads to a modern shower room and a door to the patio. Across the patio, in the rear section of the house, is another large room that could easily become a fourth bedroom or a flexible study/guest space.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second family bathroom and the master suite, complete with a generous sitting area and ensuite bathroom. A few steps higher, you reach the home’s main feature: the magnificent open-plan room with its vaulted ceiling. From this level, there’s access to the roof terrace – a sunny retreat with superb views over the surrounding countryside.
This property has barely been used in the past 20 years, serving only as an occasional holiday home for an expat owner. It’s never been rented and shows minimal wear and tear. However, the current furnishings don’t do justice to the generous proportions of the rooms – making it easy to overlook its true potential. But don’t!
