2-bedroom Mill In Luxe, France (336 M²)

This is a must-see water mill. With probably some of the most extraordinary views of the Charente River you are ever likely to find. Here the river literally sings as it cascades across the weir. This a very rare paradise for lovers of water sports accessed directly from the old stone mill. Set up on its own private island and accessed via a gated entrance.

THE MILL

The Mill house is filled with light, featuring grand reception rooms with feature stone fireplace, perfect for entertaining or family gatherings, vast kitchen and spacious bedrooms benefiting from mezzanines if more space is required and 2 bathrooms. Exceptionally, in the cellar you find the original technical features still in place.

EXTERIOR

The island has grassland and wood land covering nearly 3600 m².

There is a garage which is not currently included in this option. If interested, we are happy to discuss.
