My name is Maria, founder of Marmax Realty in Alicante. Born in Uruguay, raised in the Netherlands, and with nearly 30 years of professional experience in Shanghai with PwC, I bring a truly international perspective to real estate.

I chose Alicante in 2017 for its lifestyle, accessibility, and quality of life, and founded Marmax Realty, named after myself and my son Max. We specialise in new-build projects and luxury properties in the Costa Blanca, while also assisting clients with existing properties.

At Marmax Realty, transparency, personal guidance, and international expertise are at the core of everything we do. We guide our clients through the entire buying process — from selecting the right area to legal support and key handover — and remain available well beyond completion.

With clients across Europe and beyond, I focus on building long-term relationships and helping people confidently start a new life in Spain.
