We’re talking about Bruno Esposito Veneruso, who in October 1976, as a mechanical engineering graduate, began his career as an employee of one of the largest companies in the sector, with over 100 branches throughout the country. In February 1977, given the excellent production and organizational results he achieved, he was appointed manager of the Naples branch. With increasing success, he was transferred first to manage a branch in Rome, then to Milan, again to general management in Turin, and finally transferred to Bari, as a proxy with signing authority for central and southern Italy (from Rome down, including the islands).

The experience he gained and the need to assert his own personality led him to return to Naples, and in December 1979, Veneruso Immobiliare was founded. In 1980, following the earthquake, to overcome the difficulties it created, a branch was opened in Milan, followed in subsequent years by offices in Rome, Bologna, Turin, and two more in Naples, Florence, and Varese. Over the years, he has received numerous testimonials of respect, not only professionally but also personally, so much so that an industry monthly magazine dedicated an article to him. 

Today, reviving our historic brand is a significant commitment, requiring us to achieve results and success worthy of the logo that represents us. This desire for recognition has led us over time to study and develop our skills, not only through research and development of new and sophisticated sales and marketing techniques in the real estate sector, but also through financial intermediation. Thanks to carefully selected partnerships and agreements, we can provide assistance and advice to clients, even those not directly interested in purchasing a property, regarding mortgages, financing, salary-secured loans, personal loans, and any other financial needs.
