People & Homes , a national brand company, recently created and managed solely by its representative João Marques, who has approximately three decades of experience in the real estate market, having specialized in the medium-high and high-end markets.
The “ Art of Doing Good ” is one of our main mottos, because we believe it is essential to provide a high-quality service to all our customers, because for us, this is the only way to position ourselves in an equally demanding market, building customer loyalty by providing them with full support in the mediation of purchases, sales and rentals, where what we have to offer is our rigor, transparency, ethics, total confidentiality in the transactions in which we intervene, our empathy and total availability to support you, because we do not intend to be part of turnover statistics or to be awarded, we work with dedication and love for what we do, always, and for the benefit of our esteemed customers.
We do not intend to embrace every market, but rather focus on supporting our clients on a case-by-case basis, providing them with personalized and close-knit treatment, where what counts are the people and then the homes. For this reason, we chose the name People & Homes to represent us.
