At Hommed, we help you find your property in Menorca and make it your home. Based on the island, we offer a personal property finding service, guiding you through every step of the purchase, wherever you live.

We handle all the necessary paperwork and purchase formalities through to completion. Before you buy, we review the property’s documentation, legal and planning status, and technical condition, working with specialist professionals where needed. We search the whole market and offer our clients exclusive access to our network of off-market properties.

Our support continues with renovations, interior design and rental management.
