The estate is located next to the Viñedos highway, in the area of Consuegra, and 10 km from the town.
It consists of a set of parcels totaling 366 hectares. Of these, 260 hectares are dryland crops, 26 hectares are trellised vineyards, and the remaining 74 hectares are bush-trained vineyards. All have belonged to the same family for over 100 years.
The estate has 3 water supplies: 2 concessions in the Guadiana basin, authorized for 7,000 m³, and 1 concession in the Tajo basin, authorized for 45,000 m³, all currently valid.
The vineyard is divided into trellised and bush-trained. All bush-trained is of the White Airen variety, while the trellised part is divided into 22 hectares of White Airen and 4 hectares of the Red Tempranillo variety.
Overall, depending on the year, the production of all varieties is around 350,000 kg of grapes, with a delivery quota to the Castillo de Consuegra Cooperative of 400,000 kg.
Cereal (wheat and barley): The total hectares of dryland crops are mostly divided between wheat and barley, with occasional planting of peas depending on subsidy availability.
Annual harvest across all cereals reaches about 450,000 kg.
Buildings and structures: The complex consists of 2 courtyards, a house, and an old pigeon loft covering 600 m². It has its own well with a submerged pump (5 hp) and solar panels.
There are two connected warehouses forming a total of 1,000 m², used for storing machinery and tools.
Machinery: Includes 3 tractors, one larger model from John Deere and two smaller ones from New Holland and Ebro. All are capable of transporting two trailers with a capacity of 10,000 kg, one equipped with a loading shovel. Various tools are also available, including seeders, rollers, spreaders, and sprayers.
To facilitate worker mobility, there are 3 vehicles: two Land Rovers (Defender and Freelander) and a third vehicle without ITV for exclusive use on the property, a Nissan pickup.
As for irrigation, there are 2 solar panel systems. One consists of 24 solar panels (solar-tracked by GPS) that power a 7 hp submerged pump, while the other, adjacent to the house, comprises 15 panels powering a 5 hp submerged pump, also solar-tracked.
The estate has been entirely owned by the same family for over 100 years.
