The architect plans are available to see the type of house that is proposed, although this can still be changed. With a plot size of 26500m2 you can build up to 2% which is 530m2 (and that’s only the footprint) if you decide to go for a two-storey house it can be up to double that, so plenty of allowance to add an outside kitchen/ BBQ and toilet next to the pool or even another building.

The plot is flat and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the village which has a nice bar that also serves food, and just 2kms from the popular town of Pinoso, with all the everyday amenities and services needed. Just 45 minutes from Alicante airport, city and beaches.

The plot is also possible to be divided to make two separate houses if you wish.

This is a reluctant sale from the owners who have had a change of circumstances and no longer wish to complete the project. The main house can be finished in approx. 6-8 months as everything is ready to go, plus the original builder is happy to continue with the project, or you can decide on your own.
