As you approach the villa, a well-maintained garden welcomes you, adorned with fruit trees, plants, and flowers surrounding a generously sized swimming pool. The above-ground pool is fully equipped with a pump and filtering system, located beneath the pool structure. You will also find controls for irrigation water to maintain the garden’s condition. The pool has a garden-level ladder on one side, while the other side includes an arched walkway leading to the front porch, complete with a children’s slide and swings under the arches.

Covered Areas and Summer Kitchen

The typical Spanish covered porch provides a shaded area for relaxation during warm weather. The property also includes a large covered area on the side, as well as a second covered terrace at the rear, which houses a fully equipped summer kitchen complete with a bread oven, barbecue, gas stove, refrigerator, and sink. Adjacent to this kitchen is a third smaller bathroom.

Caudete is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the villa. This Spanish town hosts a British covered market on weekends and is home to various essential services, including hospitals and schools. There are two train stations, one of which is a new high-speed option. The town also features a tennis academy, a museum, a kart racing track, and a sports center. These amenities are either in Caudete or in nearby Villena, which is about a fifteen-minute drive away. Close to the property, you can find large supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and cafes. The villa is situated only 45 minutes from the beaches of Alicante and the airport.
