The house is in good condition, but needs some work. There are now two buildings. In the house the living room and three bedrooms. There is also a room where a bathroom can be made. In the second building is the (summer) kitchen and the bathroom.

The plot is 1,984 m2 and you will find several outbuildings such as the garage, the former stables and storage rooms.

Electricity (also 380 V) and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house is heated with a fireplace and the tiled stove. Internet can be connected.

You will find this house in a quiet location of the cozy centre of Döbrököz. Döbrököz is a larger village with 2,000 inhabitants and some shops, a school, kindergarten, doctor and pharmacy in the village. Several foreigners live here.

Just 5 minutes away you will find the beach and swimming pool of Gunaras and 20-25 km away the baths in Tamási and Igal. Great way to relax here. If you want to find a bit more hustle and bustle, then Dombóvár is not far. Is a town where you will find the larger chain stores, but also a hospital, schools and terraces and restaurants.

Döbrököz is located in a great area to enjoy the beautiful Hungarian life.
