Design Philosophy: A Dialogue with Nature

Starting with the fundamental geometric shape of a house, the pentagon, the design team has advanced these basic lines to foster a harmonious connection with the surrounding vegetation. This approach establishes an ongoing interaction with nature, its inherent energy, and its movement.

This concept is exemplified by the central axis, which typically defines the traditional sloping roof of a house. In this design, one edge of the axis is deliberately shifted and altered, creating a visual rhythm that mirrors the movement of the breeze. This innovation results in each villa having a distinct appearance, contributing to a unique skyline along the Costa del Sol.

Adhering to the principle of “Less is More,” the design emphasizes the pursuit of clean, refined, and understated lines.

Natural materials, such as wood, have been incorporated into specific areas of the villas’ exterior cladding. This choice facilitates a continuous interaction with the natural landscape, contributing significantly to the project’s distinctiveness, elegance, and purity.

The staircase has been conceived and constructed as a sculptural element, elevating the living area and transforming it into a dedicated space for art appreciation.
