A New Architectural Vision by the Mediterranean

Design Rooted in the Environment

The architecture here is distinct, intended to have its own identity. The design process focused on intelligence and the incorporation of high-quality, sustainable materials. The apartments themselves are shaped in a hexagonal structure, intended to echo and blend with the surrounding natural landscape. These residences are laid out with two bedrooms. A notable feature is an elongated sliding door, which gives residents the flexibility to reconfigure the internal space, effectively dividing the apartments into two distinct areas if desired.

Light, Views, and Natural Elements

Inside, the living areas and bedrooms are designed with large windows. These openings are intended to maximize the influx of natural light and create a visual connection with the wooden elements incorporated into the interiors. The kitchens are Italian-designed, and they feature a long marble island that is carefully integrated with the overall warmth of the interior design. Stepping outside onto the terrace, you’re met with the scents of the Mediterranean. The design aims for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, making them feel like a unified space. The intention is that every part of your home will carry a scent of your choosing.

Privacy and Uninterrupted Vistas

Each apartment is designed to offer a high degree of privacy, enveloped by the surrounding natural vegetation. Residents can enjoy and relax in a private jacuzzi, all while taking in views of the Mediterranean Sea and the natural environment. The penthouses continue this architectural theme, with their solariums featuring distinct, pointed hexagonal roofs. These roofs are designed to provide shade for the outdoor dining areas, further integrating the structures with the trees nearby. Residents can also enjoy a refreshing swim in a private pool located on the solarium, breathing in the fresh air from the indigenous vegetation of the area.
