Ground Floor Design

Upon entering the villa, you’re greeted by an entrance hall. To the right, there’s a bedroom with its own private bathroom. To the left, a lift and a staircase serve as connections to both the basement and the upper levels of the home. Moving further into the house, a guest bathroom is conveniently located before you reach the main living area. This central zone integrates the kitchen, dining space, and lounge into a unified, open-plan environment. Large sliding doors allow natural light to flood the area, and they provide direct access to an uncovered terrace, a private swimming pool, and the garden.

Upper Floor Configuration

Access to the second floor is available via the lift or the staircase. This level opens into a central hallway. From this point, the floor plan divides to accommodate two sizable bedroom suites. Each suite includes a dedicated dressing area, a private bathroom, and access to a covered terrace. The primary bedroom is situated on one side of the floor, with the second bedroom mirroring it on the opposite side.
