Notes on Availability and Pricing

It’s important to note that the availability and final delivery of these plots are contingent upon the completion of the necessary administrative, registry, and municipal processes. The estimated timeframe for delivery of the completed property is around 18 months from the start of construction. Following this, there’s an additional approximate period of 4 months anticipated for obtaining the building license.

Given the extended timeline involved in the process leading up to the commencement of construction, the developer reserves the right to adjust the price of the selected villa model. Any such adjustment would be capped at a maximum of 5%, plus the applicable VAT. This price update would be implemented in response to increases in material costs, labor expenses, or other prevailing market conditions.
